It is important to consider that the service you selected does not include any tax advisory work or activities regarding toeslagen. Additional time for audits or questions from the Dutch tax authorities due to incomplete or inaccurate information is charged at our hourly rate. If after preparing your tax application you provide us with any additional information, additional charges will apply for correcting your tax report.

Any communication will be performed via our client portal. If you expect any contact is needed, due to questions, due to special circumstances, we advise you to select the second service.

Thank you for selecting the tax filing process including a Teams (advisory) meeting. After completing our simple form below (to obtain your general details), you receive a special link to schedule a meeting with one of our tax advisors. The meeting can take place before the tax application preparation of after. During the meeting, we will discuss your tax position and answer any questions you may have. Our most comprehensive service provides end-to-end support for your tax and benefit filing needs, including:

Thank you for selecting the preliminary tax refund digital tax filing process. This service is mentioned for people who wish to apply for a preliminary monthly tax refund. You can apply for a monthly tax refund when for example you own a house with a mortgage for which you pay mortgage interest. But also, when you pay alimony payments to your ex-partner, or when you make gifts to charities, you may be eligible for a tax refund which you can receive on a monthly basis instead of yearly.

The preliminary tax return does not replace your annual tax return. You will always need to file an annual income tax return to settle the refund you received and the refund you are eligible for.

It is important to mention that the service you selected does not include any tax advisory work.

Note that in this case you will have two or more annual income statements that you will need to upload (for each employer).

Migration situations, where you worked for a foreign employer before you entered or after you left the Netherlands are not applicable for this questions. This question only applies for Dutch income.

Government benefits could be paid by UWV or Gemeente (municipality). These do not include benefits such as childcare allowances, health allowance or rent allowances (also ‘toeslagen’) from the Dutch tax authorities.

We will request, you to upload your annual income statement (in Dutch: Jaaropgave) on the Profinancials Portal. Note that we cannot use monthly pay slips! The annual income statement shows the cumulative benefit income, and it represents the closure of a payroll. Any government that paid a benefit is obliged to share this with you. If you did not receive this statement, please contact the government institution from whom you received the benefit.

We will not ask you to provide us with your WOZ-Value. We will obtain this from the municipality records.
